FINE FOOD HABITS AND EASY DIGESTION





What we eat, get digested and absorbed in body. Healthy food intake
Will helpful in good digestion and subsequently give us good health.
Main reason for poor digestion is bad dietary habits. Here I have given important advice which will be helpful for avoiding digestion disorder.
Good dietary habits are helpful to avoid disease like Irritable bowel syndrome, diarrhea, loss of appetite, peptic ulcer, nausea, constipation

 1. Avoid Over eating of food:-
Normally human is food lover. Balanced food is necessary for nutritional requirement of human.
But very few people will have a habit of controlled food habit. Eat, as much as they like, will only give satisfaction to these glutton persons. Over eating will adversely affect digestion process. Digestion system has its limit to digest food. Undigested food will accumulated in stomach due to over eating of food. This will create gastric problems.

2. Avoid hasty chewing of food:
Properly chewing food will supply smaller and properly mixed food particle to stomach. Smaller food particles will easily break in digestion process and subsequently absorbed in our body. Digestion process will face problem in breaking big food particles.

3. Take small meals four to five a day.
Normal routine habit of two to three meals is not at all advisable.Daily habit of four to five small meals
Will regulate our metabolism properly activated. Properly activated metabolism is very important for avoiding obesity also.

4. Keep mind and body stress free.
Human’s system of digestion is affected by immune and nervous system of body. \
Stress free mind will release sufficient quantity of enzymes to facilitate easy and complete digestion.

5. Take following heath food in daily meals for easy digestion:-

  • High fiber foods like soya food, psyllium seeds (Indian name is esabgol), Green leafy vegetables.
  • Fruits are usually highly nutritious and easy to digest.
  • Certain vegetables for example Ginger, Spinach and Carrot are highly advisable for healthy diet.
  • Ginger is an Indian herbal medicine which is very effective in digestion process.
  • Ginger has different name in different country. Ginger is stimulant and it helpful l in production of saliva which makes swallowing of food particles easy.
  • Ginger is also helpful in inducing Enzymes for food digestion.
  • Herbal tea with ginger is highly effective in Common cold. Ginger is highly effective in morning sickness and nausea. Main benefit of ginger is to cure loss of appetite in human. Ginger is added as spice in many vegetable cuisines.

6. Try to avoid following food items for good digestion:-
-Animal fats
-fried oily foods
-Tobacco and alcohol

FIVE TIPS TO CURE CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME



Chronic fatigue syndrome is a state of continued tiredness.
It is difficult to cure completely. 
Proper medical advice, attention and patient’s active participation is helpful in relieving CFS SYNDROME (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome).Yoga and Meditation is very much helpful in controlling CFS syndrome.

Symptoms
They are vary in different patients but some common symptoms are mentioned

·         Deep breathing at regular Interval of day time, will reduce stress hormone drastically
             and  person with CFS syndrome will get Feeling of well being.

·         Bad food habit is also contributing factor in aggravating CFS syndrome.
·         Whole Grain food, protein rich food, Nuts and soya foods are good energy supplements.
They are useful in reducing severity of CFS syndrome.
·         Citrus foods enrich with vitamin C and Leafy Vegetables are advisable for CFS patient.

·         Doctors generally recommends anti depressants and anti anxiety drugs in curing CFS syndrome.
·         Pain relieving medicine also helpful for reducing muscle pain and body ache.

Aerobic Exercise
·         CFS patient who exercise regularly is more likely to become normal.
·         Fitness Walking is very useful

TYPES OF EATING DISORDERS AND CURING


Eating disorder is condition in which person either over eat food or consume insufficient food. Eating disorder causes due to several complicated Physical, psychological and social factors. 1. Anorexia nervosa2. Bulimia nervosa
3. Binge eating disorder
Many other odd types of eating disorder also exist. They are similar to above mentioned disorders.
 Some characteristics are varying in such type of odd eating disorders.

Anorexia nervosa patient has obsessive fear of weight gain. They consume very less quantity of food.
The consistent habit of insufficient food intake reduces weight and nutritional balance of person dangerously. The patient of anorexia  nervosa has low esteem and very poor body image. Despite very thin body and underweight, patient tries to reduce weight by exercising and fasting.
Generally these types of disorder are seen in adolescence or young people. Thin bones, dry skin and anemic condition of patient is visible.

Bulimia nervosa patient is over eating type. He became fat like football due to excessive food consuming. Patient has no control over his hunger and over eating. He eats food several times and every time he eats large amount of food. Over eating and overweight makes him shy and guilty. The patient is also unhappy with his body figure. Large tummy and over sized buttocks embarrass them.

Binge eating disorder patients   are over eaters. Binge eating disorder characterized by excessive eating followed by vomiting and over use of laxatives .Patients of Binge disorder are usually over weighted, distressful and with tons of guilt.
Patients illness either physical or psychological type usually associated with eating disorder.
Depression and personality disorder is usually present in eating disorder patients. Eating disorder aggravates depression and depression, in turn also aggravates eating disorder type.
Many factors cause such type of condition. Some person are genetically programmed to prone to eating disorder.Neuroendocrine system is associated with human’s eating habit and digesting system.
Micro imbalance in neuroendocrine system can trigger eating disorder.
Treatment of eating disorder has limitation. 
Antidepressants and anti psychotic medicines are useful in Controlling and improving condition of patient. Behavioral therapy is significantly helpful in curing patient. Group therapy, proper family care and cognitive behavioral therapy are useful in Treatment of all type of eating disorders.
Focus of treatment is to achieve healthy weight of patient and promote nutritional level of patient.
Reducing patient’s compulsive thoughts about food, weight gain, weight loss and poor self image is Utmost important while applying behavioral therapy.
