Tantra, yoga and hath yoga are very much on same path of attaining spiritual achievement and practiced for attaining good physical and psychological health.Art of tantra and yoga are basically originated in India thousand years ago. Hindu, Jain and Buddha religion has practiced this tantric kriya (process) in the religious way.
In reality, tantric art associated with yoga is invented, experimented and practiced in solely object, beneficial for mankind of whole world. In India and many countries in some cults only, tantric Shasta is experimented in sexual relationship between man and woman. This can be called as tantric sexuality. Tantric sex kriya involves man; a woman to perform sex in ceremonial Religious way in various stages. These stages include special positions (asana) of man and a woman in the presence of special chants and consuming pious water. Achievements in some ways are always a goal in such a tantric kriya.
