BENEFITS OF FIVE DELICIOUS FRUITS -EAT MORE FRUITS FOR GOOD HEALTH.


Fruits are delicious in taste and rich source of vitamins, anti oxidants, minerals and dietary fibers. It is advisable to consume raw fruits or fresh fruit juices for optimum benefits. Fruits are beneficial in reducing weight, improve digestion, reducing effects of Alzheimer disease and reducing risk of heart disease. Eating more fruits is good for improvement of health. Fruits supply nutrients and minerals which daily food could not give to our body system. Various fruits have different characteristics, so each fruit carries the certain advantage in treating or preventing certain disease. I have narrated below benefits of main fruits.

  1. APPLE:-Apple is rich source of fiber and phytochemicals.High fiber content reduces the chances of heart disease.Apple contains no fat, so it is a good healthy bite for reducing weight. Apple juice reduces the cholesterol level. Apple is also beneficial in the digestion process. It prevents constipation. Three apples a day in the different interval of time Is a very good idea to fortify health.

2. BANANA is enriched with calcium,fibers and potassium.Potassium is important in cardiac health of human. Potassium reduces the risk of heart diseases. Calcium is necessary in preventing osteoporosis in veterans. Banana also gives instant energy. Banana contains zero cholesterol and zero fat. Banana is beneficial in treatment of diarrhea and gastric ulcers. Eating a banana in breakfast will boost the stamina of the human body. 

3. ORANGE: Orange is citrus food. All citrus fruits are rich source of Vitamin C; therefore, they can empower strength to our body’s immune system.  Orange is also loaded with anti oxidants and folic acids. Orange and all citrus fruits are beneficial in preventing immunity related diseases. Oranges are rich source of Beta caroteneOranges also contain plenty of iron content. Regular intake of orange prevents anemia.

4. BLACK GRAPES: Black grape is enriched with flavonoids, minerals and nutrients, which are helpful in heart functioning and blood circulation. Daily consuming black grapes are advisable for healthy heart. Black grapes reduce the cholesterol level. Grape also reduces appetite, so it is helpful in reducing weight. Grape prevents anemia because it is a good source of iron. Regular intake of grapes will make skin healthy. 

5. TANGERINE ORANGE. :-This is a hybrid type of orange. Varieties of tangerine orange are available. Its color varies from yellow to dark orange color. This fruit contains Vitamin C,beta carotene,potassium,magnesium,vitamin ,B2,B3,fibers,pectin,flavonoids and folic acid. Tangerine orange is the best fruit which enriched with various vitamins and minerals.
Fiber and pectin in Tangerine orange, lowers cholesterol level and reduce hypertension. Vitamin C in Tangerine orange is beneficial to enhance immunity system of human’s body.
